Authorise Administrators of the Appointed Parties

 

In this section legal representatives of bodies, companies, etc... (or the owners of individual firms) may define the Administrators of the Appointed Parties that is natural persons delegated to operate in the name and on behalf of the legal entities in the Exchange System for electronic invoicing.

Administrators of the Appointed Parties may in turn define Appointed Parties (through the function Monitor the FatturaPA application . Inoltre possono definire gli Incaricati (attraverso la funzionalità Manage the Appointed Parties ), persone fisiche con le stesse autorizzazioni di visualizzazione.

Legal representatives may also define themselves as Administrators of the Appointed Parties.

Each Administrator of the Appointed Parties may authorise a maximum of four Appointed Parties.

Natural persons that play the role of Managers of the Appointed Parties in Entratel are automatically recognised as Administrators of the Appointed Parties also in the Exchange System.

Below is a summary scheme of the roles in the Exchange System:

Administrators of Appointed Parties, as Appointed Parties themselves, must be in possession of Entratel/Fisconline credentials or a NSC (National Services Card)  previously enabled for the online services of the Revenue Agency. Legal representatives may define (or revoke) Administrators of Appointed Parties in:

  • sending an authorisation request via WEB: the legal representative, after authentication by means of Entratel/Fisconline credentials or NSC, defines (or revokes) the Administrators of the Appointed Parties by means of an online form.
